Terms & Conditions of the TEMPUR incentives

- All claimants are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information on the Incentive Portal. You agree to notify us of any change to such information, which you can access and update using your account.
- If claimants are found to be deliberately and continually inputting incorrect information TEMPUR reserves the right to deactivate their account.
- All entries must be submitted by the last day of the month. Only entries received by this date will be credited. Late entries will be held and added to the next claim.
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry. In the event of any dispute, the judge’s decision is final.
- TEMPUR reserves the right to exclude any invalid, illegible, altered entries and to request proof of order from the customer.
- If you leave the the retailer you are currently working for you will have two months to spend the value on your card before it will be deactivated.
- All awards are liable to attract taxation and National Insurance Contributions. TEMPUR will pay the personal Income Tax at the basic rate direct to HM Revenue & Customs. Please note any persons attracting Income Tax at a higher rate should report the full benefit details to HMRC. TEMPUR will also pay the National Insurance Contributions subject to agreement by HMRC.
- If a card is expired or lost any fees will be deducted from the balance on the card (charges may vary).
- If the claimant changes address they must update their information on the portal as well as contacting the card issuer.
- Cards are issued once your first claim is processed. There is a minimum first upload value of £35 – If your first claim is less than this, we will add it to the next claim period.

- We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
